Kingston Peninsula.

So this evening has been a tidbit out of the ordinary. Stephen calls mah cell phone after work and is like i'm picking you up...we're hanging out...so Mitch, him and I just drove on the kingston peninsula forever looking ar rainbows, lightning and cows...oh yeah, we see this random sign saying CUCUMBERS FOR SALE at some random house. Who could pass up that kinda offer right? yeah, that is what I thought. So I bought a nice little organic cucumber for a dolla from a beautiful little family livin' on ze kingston peninsula. My favorite part of the evening so far besides Mitchell and I sword fighting with cat tails.

We decided that we would drive past Sussex to Cape Enrage at like 10:00. It was mighty cool with all the starz. The light house with the green flashing light was a little scary but the scariest part was the sign that told us the fog horn could go off at any moment...so we peeled in darkness down the steps and yondered back only to see two moose bolt off the road back into the woods as we were travellin' back to Sussex. They were adorable but definetly a scary sight. Then we keep travellin' and notice a beautiful icecream sign in the middle of nowhere...Stephen borrows it without the intention of returning it and puts it in his trunk so that we can stick it on Jocelyn's lawn at 12:30 so when she wakes up there is a giant Scotsburn icecream facing her window in the middle of her lawn... so what? I would enjoy that sight early in the morning. Anyways as we are finally getting home we stop at Bamboo East to visit Kiki and get chicken balls for Mitchell. At 12:20 as I am almost home Stephen realizes how he is running out of gas and by that I mean his gas light is on in Grand Bay when everything is closed. We drove to Welsford thinking there must be a gas station that is open here since it is on the way to f'ton but guess what... that ain't happenin' so he drops me home and i'm prayin' the foolish boy makes it back to the west side which he did but not after he calls and tells me he didn't.
Tomorrow I ain't working along with monday. Thank you Jesus, you little angel.
Plan is to do some caving - my new found love and perhaps hiking on monday:)
God ye bless.
